Human Trials during COVID-19

Florida MMTC products available to patients and Chemical Composition of Oils from the flowers of Cannabis chemovars, in trial human response and the first virtual human trials due to Corona virus pandemic globally.

Activities include Facebook live-stream and videos posted online of Florida medical products being consumed by medical patients as well as hands-on results led by Bazelet Research.

Abstract

The products and oils of fresh and air-dried buds of recreational breeding varieties of Cannabis, namely, high cannabidiol (CBD) chemotypes, tetrahydrocannabinol (THC) chemotype, and high THC new chemotypes are sold and available to registered patients. With high THC and CBD products widely accepted by consumers and growing rapidly including major retailers like Sephora and Walgreens selling products in some form or the other throughout the state what difference in product and the fraudulent claims in benefits with no actual regulation have led to the necessity to begin documentation and Publication of this first ever human trial virtually using products actually consumed by patients and sold in a State regulated marihuana medical program.

Terpenes are the main fragrant compounds in plant resins and volatile oils responsible for the plants’ distinctive smells. Terpenes in Cannabis plants are responsible for strain-specific terpenes produced by that particular plant’s breeding.

What are the chemicals found in cannabis and what’s going on at cell level I’m the body? Terpenes are playing a major role in numerous interactions. The miracle plant cannabis sativa L and it’s phytocannabinoid acids, mainly tetrahydrocannabinolic acid (THCA), cannabidiolic acid (CBDA), and cannabichromenic acid (CBCA). These cannabinoids are from the added natural, plant, and cannabis terpenes into vaporization products as well as educational information for using products sold in baking and home preparations.

The product variations are similar in the smell of the plants. The distinct scent of a cannabis cultivar is the result of the balance of the different
Cannabis sativa plants are particularly rich in terpenes, Terpenoids play various ecological roles and are affected by storage and manufacturing of products.

Results and Discussion

Cannabinoids are natural compounds found in the leaves & flower of the plant cannabis sativa L. CBD (Cannabidiol) and THC (Tetrahydrocannabinol) are two of the most studied and recognized chemical compounds found within the vast profile of cannabinoids.
The Endocannabinoid System (ECS) is present in every human biological system. The ECS is a cell signaling system comprised of molecules that act as neurotransmitters (CB1 and CB2 receptors) spread across the human body. Here are some of the biological processes that this system is responsible for; mood, inflammation, immunity, pain, stress, sleep and appetite. Phyto-cannabinoids bind with the CB1 and CB2 receptors found within the ECS and this interaction helps stimulate cell signaling which then assists in the regulation of the above-mentioned symptoms.

Use of anxiety relief, immune support, and arthritis pain oils with a healthy and natural lifestyle can give cannabis and the endocannabinoid system optimal function and the best possible health. When used as dietary essentials daily a healthy endocannabinoid system triggering regimen can lead to a healthy, mental, and physical barrier protecting you with the Bazelet health platform to treat patients dealing with Covid-19 effects.

Human trials

Data collected to be published to include virtual use of medical marijuana products by patients in Florida via Facebook.

COVID-19 has changed the possibility of clinical and lab setting while USA data and Florida OMMU statistics show a sharp rise in use of medical and recreational cannabis products during global pandemic and must be safe and effective regulated products for consumption as the world sees the benefits of herbal medicinal qualities of now legal cannabis sativa L extracts and identification of 71 compounds, of which it was observed mental health was observed to change and anxiety led with use of marijuana to ease and give patients emotional agility in dealing with the global pandemic . However, there was no detectable change in side effects and should be noted. Also the main factor I’m products sold in dispensaries is the percentage terpenes and content in products of both CBD and THC and the recreational chemotypes used currently And terpenes added that are produced by that particular plant’s breeding lead to loss of medicinal but enhancement of recreational and so called high while limiting so called entourage effect playing a major role in numerous actions of the human endocannabinoid system.

By approving hempseed oil as GRAS knowing it contained cannabinoids including THC and CBD, FDA therefore also approved as GRAS all of the constituents of hempseed oil, including cannabinoids. The parts making up the whole are inseparable from the whole; if the whole is GRAS then so are the parts, including cannabinoids. Bazelet Health with teams globally has in this necessary trial, explored the effect of pharmaceutical-grade cannabis in patients with current products currently being sold to patients in Florida at MMTC legal shops throughout the state. With Bazelet Research teams documented over 100 pages of case content and data to date.

FDA regulation of inhalation devices used with products sold at Florida MMTC’s including Puffco Peak and Yocan Evolve sold by industry leading Trulieve and Surterra in Florida for use with products sold.

The FDA is testing more than 150 samples for a broad range of chemicals, including nicotine, THC, cutting agents and other substances. Since the vape crisis began last year no human trials have been published.

The sudden onset of COVID-19 has fueled an extreme spike is sales and consumption of marijuana. It is critical that research on this work commence, Human health and public safety are at stake. Without scientific research on all varieties of cannabis, including marihuana, physicians and regulators alike are left guessing and uninformed while over 20 million US citizens, many being medical patients, are consuming unregulated and perhaps unsafe medical and products.
